A real Use and Improve car!
This car is a great looking car and drives nice with overdrive working well, a few rattles as you would expect, and has a fresh mot also, although there are quite a few advisories on it. Lumenition electronic ignition is fitted.
It has been partially resorted at some point with what looks like new wings, not body off restored though, few pictures of resto from a few years back. Bits of car are painted red as owner at time of restoration was going to repaint it red, but then changed his mind and kept it original yellow.
The restoration work work is ok at best really, although car is very useable as is, and could be improved with time, it is mainly underneath that needs the work, floor edges have been plated, as has chassis in a couple of places, rear exhaust silencer will need replacing some time, there is an oil leak from gearbox also. The clutch release bearing is noisy when pedal is depressed.
Trim and hood are nice. A fair bit of history with it too.
I would strongly advise viewing this car to make sure it is what you are after, loads of good bits, and some not so good bits!
Car is tax and mot exempt, although we always recommend to mot cars for peace of mind.
