Covid-19 update from Robsport International

Firstly, we wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge ‘thank you’ to our customers for your ongoing support during this difficult time – we really do appreciate your continued custom. As ever, we strive to offer the very best level of service we can, within the restrictions currently placed on our business operations.

Throughout the pandemic, we have kept our workshops and parts store fully operational. Whilst our over-the-counter parts shop remains closed for now, as per Government guidelines, we are pleased to announce that we are now able to take phone orders for a collection service from the front of our site.

Just give us a ring (01763 262263), and we will be pleased to take your order for collection. We’ll take payment from you over the phone, and let you know when your order will be ready for collection. 

All collections will adhere to social distancing measures, in order to keep you (and us) safe.  We have set up a collection area from our front gate – just press the bell or ring to let us know you’ve arrived to collect your order. We would then ask you to please step back an appropriate distance from the gate whilst one of our team bring your order out to you, so that exchange can take place with no contact.

Collection service will be available 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday only.

You can, of course, still place orders for delivery by phone and by the internet.  We are fully staffed, and our despatch times remain excellent, as usual – however, there is some disruption to postal services, and orders may take a little longer to arrive than usually expected. We appreciate your understanding of this, as this is outside of Robsport’s control.
