Update from the team at Robsport International
Our customers are always at the heart of everything we do here at Robsport, and we just wanted to reassure you that we are taking appropriate measures and precautions to protect us all from Coronavirus (Covid-19), and to maintain our business operations during this difficult time.
As ever, we are committed to offering our customers the very best level of service, as you have come to expect from us over the years. We are closely monitoring advice and communications from the government and the World Health Organisation, to ensure we are taking appropriate actions to keep our staff and customers safe.
As it stands today, our staff team are all well - however, following most recent government guidelines, we are no longer able to welcome customers onto our site, and our over-the-counter parts shop has now closed until further notice.
Orders for parts can of course still be taken by phone and via the internet for delivery.
Our workshops and parts store are fully operational - we remain ready, willing and able to work on your car/provide your spare parts, but should you have any concerns or questions, please do get in touch by phone or email and we’d be happy to help or advise.
We are not encountering any issues with our logistics partners, and delivery schedules are currently being maintained. However, as the situation is rapidly changing day by day, please be advised that there may be some future disruption to deliveries over the coming weeks – we hope this will not be the case, but we are preparing for this eventuality as best we can, and appreciate your understanding that this will be outside of Robsport’s control.
We will, of course, continue to monitor the quickly-evolving situation in order to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all.
